I received very good care in the minor injuries unit here. There was a 2h wait, but that's not their fault and there were a couple of genuine emergencies going on. When I was seen, I required a lot of clean up, an x-ray, and then more cleaning and stitching, but that all happened quite quickly and efficiently. All staff I came into contact with were great, and did not deserve the abuse some other people in the waiting room were giving them.
