"Excellent care"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Anything else?

I stayed on the SSIP ward for 4 days following my jaw surgery and I can honestly say that I felt cared for. I was given adequate pain relief (which genuinely does help) and the staff were very sociable. Furthermore, I had 2 ice packs on my face that needed changing regularly and they were very quick to do so when they did need changing, often before I asked. I also got the impression that they enjoyed their work, just because they were so caring. I don't feel I can thank them enough to be quite honest.
