Whilst visiting hospital I experienced a patient been left to scream and shout, very upsetting and unsettling for the other patients and visitors. It seemed that staff were not interested or are used to it. Nothing can be done they say and they cant shut a door etc, I have filmed this and the empty staff desk while patient screaming.
