"pregnancy scans"

We arrived in time for our appointment to have our 20 weeks scan, we found it hard to park at the hospital as all the car parks were full. We had to park and walk up St Micheal's Hill, when we arrived at reception there was no mention of any delays to our appointment. 45 minutes later we are eventually called in for the scan, which took just over 5 minutes, we were provided with no information as to why it was so late, even though the sign in reception says otherwise. We felt rushed, was told nothing about our baby, the only time anyone smiled at us was when we were handed our yellow book back as it meant we could leave! After having our 1st baby at Southmead less than 2 years ago the 2 experiences are like night and day! we are now seriously considering moving our birth from St Micheal's to Southmead now, even though its on the other side of Bristol.
