"My hearing has improved considerably"

I am 77, and have experienced hearing difficulties for 15 years. My previous analogue hearing aid was not suitable and I did not use it.

My GP referral and subsequent appointment was swift, efficient and professional. I was seen by an audiologist in early September and fitted with hearing aids for both ears. The hearing aid test lasted approximately an hour.

Everything was explained carefully and my treatment was excellent, I feel it has been a positive experience, and my hearing has improved considerably. There is a large hearing disparity between my right and left ear, so it has been a demanding exercise to balance the process. It seems to have been achieved to my satisfaction.

My treatment has been courteous, respectful, accepting and client centred.
