My bf had a vasectomy reversal in Nov 2011. We went for a consult the Dr said he thought it could be done easily with no problems. We arrived at the hospital and were left waiting for a room, when we got to the room it was dirty and smelt of vomit. The person doing the op was not the same guy that did the £200 consult. He was very negative about the whole thing. When my bf came out the op, he was bleeding on the bed, when he got up to go to the toilet he bled along the floor, when i had a look the stitches were open (i could have done better) we were told it was 'fine' he came home still bleeding and got an infection in the wound. No Dr came to tell us if the op was successful or to see if my partner was ok. However they were very prompt sending us a quote for the follow up checkup. The op was not successful at all, no swimmers! We paid over 2k for this service, the hospital was full of NHS patients (if you pay private you don't expect people to be getting the same thing for free) I have never written a review but i feel people need to know that this hospital is a horrible place! I almost forgot when my stepmum went in, she was treated very poor, which resulted in staff getting verbal warnings from the manager of the hospital!!
