What I liked

this message is to mainly to thank all the staff who traeted me upon my ambulance addmission in the early hours of easter day.-,from the ambulance men, the A&E staff, the staff in CDU and ward 19.i was 50 miles away from home&had to stay for a week-i was diagnosed with pnumonia.i was a long way from home&missing my kids&husband,who'd had to return home.I was treated excellently and just wanted to express my gratitude-not just to the staff,DR's&nurses,but to all the'invisible'saff,like the caterers,the cleaners,porters etc.everyone worked together to ensure the smooth running of the place.the staff were CONSTANTLY v busy and deserve a medal as nothing seemed to be too much for them to do!! thanx again to all, for making me better and for making my stay with you a comfortable one!! from Lynsy Dean, St.Helens x

What could be improved

not much.......but i feel that the nurses were run off their feet and seemed to be very understaffed.the menu idea of choosing your meals is a great idea, as after a stay in whiston hospital in merseyside, the food trolley wud be brought round at meal times with a choice of 2 things, so a lot of food was wasted.thanx to all the staff again, especially the kind, caring doctor who treated me inA&E, he was GREAT!! i do not know his name, but thanx goes out to him!!! once again, THANKYOU,from Lynsey, St. Helens, Merseyside x
