What I liked
I had a minor gynacological procedure in the Colposcopy Clinic. The Consultant and Staff Nurse who attended me during this were friendly and respectful. They Consultant was anxious I did not experience pain or discomfort and did all he could to ensure I was pain free.
At the end of the procedure I was made a hot drink and staff checked on me before I left.
What could be improved
The initial referal for treatment was mis-read and as such my 1st visit in May this year was both a wasted journey and loss of work time for me and also valuable clinic time for staff.
However I received a verbal apology was made at the time and I have successfully had the required procedure carried out.
