My doctor referred me to Donnington Dermatology Clinic. I had no direct contact with TRAQS except to receive a letter informing me of my appointment.
Appointment was a long time in the future, I thought a little too long. I did contact the clinic and said if they ever had a cancellation if they called me. I live nearby and wouldn't need much notice, ie the same day.
But I never received a call for cancellation. Maybe there wasn't one but over the many weeks waiting I doubt it.
This could be improved.
