I was not contacted by the TRAQS team at any time previous to my appointment being sent. I was rather surprised when it arrived.
This being the case I was not able to comment on most of the statements on the questionnaire.
My appointment came through fairy promptly after I had visited my GP, so I have no complaints.
My experience at the hospital was very good. Mr Fallows was extremely pleasant and made me feel thoroughly at ease. He was thorough in his examination of my symptoms. There was a little problem with the x-ray department which meant waiting a little longer than expected.
Otherwise, the only complain I would have is that the hospital is very cold! !
