"I waited a long time for my bloods to be taken"

The service I received was okay, but it could have been better.

I waited three and a half hours for an ambulance to arrive. When I finally got to A&E, I waited a long time for my bloods to be taken.

There was lots going on in the ward, with staff here and there, and generally it was very busy.
