Reading these reviews on here is like deja vu.Its a shame an undercover tv show dosent secretly film the the epidemic of abuse that goes on! I escorted a freind to a&e today.The "emergency" ambulance took 3 hrs to arrive.Upon arrival a nurse barged in and took blood,and then the usual Kings Mill routine hours of nothing,zero,zilch....no doctor no communication.Asking a nurse what is happening is always fun,especially being looked at with disgust and anger that you have dared to ask them! Actuall the new a and e resembles a call centre with a heap of staff seemingly doing nothing,Although I overheard the facinating conversation between some nurses about a collegues sexuality... I really wonder if anything is done about these horror stories on here,maybe the money spent on the hospital renovation should have bought new staff.
