"Ward 32 and unacceptable aftercare."

About: King's Mill Hospital

Anything else?

My boyfriend was made to leave ward 32 today after staying there for just over a week without any of his medication for his Crohns Disease and told that they would send them to his house via taxi later on that day, it has now been 9hours since he last took his medication and still no sign of the medication. We have contacted the hospital several times to follow up on where they are and we keep getting fobbed off with "Oh the taxi is on its way". I'm sorry but my boyfriend needs his pain relief and steroids and this is unacceptable. I could understand if it came early evening but we have been waiting since 1pm for this medication and it is now late at night, and he needs to take his medication regularly.
