What I liked
I'd like to record my heart felt thanks to the staff on the medical Evaluation Ward who cared for my dying mother( Miriam Wilson) during 27/28th April 2008. The nursing staff in particular were outstanding, caring for my mother and her visiting family in a sensitive and positive manner. Nothing was too much trouble and we all felt welcome and supported during the long night vigil. The nurse on duty at 13.35 on the 28th April took great care and time to exlain the process after death. The general office staff and the PC who contacted me to discuss the death certificate did so in a very professional and considered way, which gave me confidence in the people and the process at Royal Preston Hospital. Well done and thank you.
What could be improved
Other than the car parking nothing at all - keep up the good work well done.
