I would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff in the a&E department for treating my great aunt with all the care and respect patients need. A special thanks to the doctor who treated her. Many people complain but if people went to their G Ps with minor complaints instead the staff would have more time to deal with the genuine accidents and emergencies, the clue is in the name of the department.
