What could be improved

I visited your hospital today to visit my mum who is in intensive care, I found the whole experience very dissapointing as my Dad who was driving had to drive round the hospital car parking system 4 times before we were able to park. My Dad is disabled and we found the whole experience frustrating and annoying, so instead of being able to go in and visit my mum we were driving round and round. It took us a full hour to park. We didnt find your car park attendants helpful either.

The Trust has invested heavily in its car parks and has almost 100 disabled parking bays. New electronic signage has just be introduced to direct drivers to empty spaces and our car parking assistants are always on hand to assist drivers in finding free spaces. If the car parking assistants, who are regularly complimented, were not helpful on this occasion then if you provide the details we can discuss it with the staff on duty.
