What could be improved

orthopedic clinic - checking in and where to go when your name is called could do with a massive overhaul. it was a complete shambles not to mention the over run appointment times.

We are sorry to hear on this occasion that our services have not met your expectations. The Trust is seeking to ovehaul its outpatient services with a remodelled and improved checkingin service being piloted at Chorley and South Ribble Hospital. This will include a new touch-screen checkin facility, similar to those in use at airports. If the pilot scheme is a success we will look to rollout the scheme at Royal Preston Hospital.
