"After the worst nine months of my life, I am now starting to enjoy life again"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I am 52 years of age, and last year started suffering from anxiety due to illness, this anxiety led to depression.

I consider myself to be an outgoing person, but due to my anxiety, I shut myself away, rarely coming out of the bedroom for 9 months.

Talking with the therapist helped me understand anxiety. After the worst nine months of my life, I am now starting to enjoy life again, mainly talking to someone who understands and was able to put me on the right path.
