I had day surgery on 2nd Sept 2013. I couldn't be happier with my experience. From entering reception to going home everybody was friendly and extremely attentive. I felt in very safe hands. Although they were busy it was actually quite a calm experience. I feel lucky to have been there instead of KGH - where I have had some very upsetting experiences. I actually got cups of tea which I could reach without having to beg for them! All the nursing staff, including the pre-op, were friendly and efficient. My consultant was very kind and helpful.
