Just back from a chest x-ray at Palmers and although I had the x-ray I found some of the staff a little off putting yes they did the work but that was all, I think they could do with a little training on the bedside manner I also have had a few blood tests at this hospital and again the work was carried out satisfactorily but I feel that department might try to hide the fact none of the staff seem to enjoy their work. In addition to that I think if you are going to have a site such as this then the patients who take the trouble to put their concerns re your service to them then someone should at least take the trouble to reply I notice that none of the comments made by patients have warranted a reply, in future I think I will travel to shields general for treatment Marking this hospital out of 10 the best I could give would be 4 a lot higher marks could be achieved if only the staff at least pretend they enjoy their work…. especially the receptionists. I honestly left feeling I had just been to the vets… No sorry! That’s probably not fair on vets. Very poor! Can I close by saying to your staff cheer up! It might never happen! After all its us that are sick……
