I arrived at the hospital by ambulance at around 13.00hrs. I was seen to straight away by the staff on duty and felt that they could not have done better. They made what was a difficult time for me so much better. They were all pleasant polite and I felt informative. They made my experience so much better. Which is more than I can say for Coventry Hospital who were the complete opposite and made me realise how lucky I was taken to Warwick hospital. Thank you
