About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

Dear Sir.

On Sunday the 4th May, I visited a friend in your hospital. The hospital in its self was wonderful and my friend had nothing but praise for his treatment, the facilities and the staff that were caring for him. However. My problems started as soon as I entered the hospital complex. With out the help of staff out side the hospital and other lost soles like myself, I would never have got in to the building. Directions for any where and any thing were written so small and so few, that I spent almost 15 minuets finding the correct ward. I mentioned this to a staff member, and she concurred. Please can some thing be done about this.

Kindest regards A. Carlaw

Additional information has been provided for members of the public on visiting the Hospital Site. Sitemaps and level maps have been placed in entrance areas and outside to assist visitors to the site. If visitors do become disorientated or lost a member of staff will be readily available to assist them.
