My daughter was admitted three weeks ago ( transferred from St Anne's ) . We had no experience of a psychiatric unit and were dreading her admission. from the beginning the staff were sympathetic and reassuring and the unit itself bright and clean. We cannot praise the staff highly enought, indeed they should train the staff at St Anne's who on the whole are unhelpful and unprofessional. Thank you all so much.
