"I'm afraid I can't see what TRAQS has done"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Multiple calls and I'm no further on.

I've been told I will get an appointment from the hospital.

I'm afraid I can't see what TRAQS has done. Lots of extra paperwork and bureaucracy when we were supposed to be getting rid of that.

Thank you for providing feedback to the TRAQS team. I am sorry that you appear to be disappointed with the overall service provided to you.

TRAQS has been developed to offer a choice of provider at the earliest possible date and you should normally wait no more than 18 weeks from of your referral to the beginning of your treatment. As all feedback is anoymous I am unable to comment on your referral process. However, if you would like to contact TRAQS on 01952 580441 I would be happy to investigate to ensure that we had done everything possible in dealing with your referral. I can only assume at this time that you have been placed on a waiting list at the hospital of your choice and unfortunately TRAQS has no control over the waiting time.

Should you wish, I would be happy to investigate the possibility of an alternative hospital which may be able to provide an earlier appointment.
