"Everything went like clockwork"

From the very beginning, ringing the Shawbirch Medical Centre about a referral for my hearing.

Everything went like clockwork. It was made quite clear to me what would happen next. I was impressed with Specsavers who brought my appointment forward due to a cancellation.

I was also impressed with the way the hearing test was carried out. The clarity of the whole testing of my ears, the way it was explained, was great.
