"possible heart attack"

Anything else?

My partner recieved excellent primary care but upon release it took nearly 1 hour to track down staff who were meant to be issuing his prescription and a further 2 1/2 hours waiting at the pharmacy with only 8 other people there.. I also recommend not to go to what you assume is the triage nurse at main entrance A and E as they are nothing to do with A and E, but the acute unit adjoining, when arriving, I told them, possible heart attack, emergancy ecg, was told to take a seat, asking at the desk over half and hour later why we hadn't been seen, I was told that we hadn't booked in at the desk, I asked why the lady took our name and told us to take a seat, they said, dont know, shes nothing to do with A and E, if my partner had of been having a heart attack, this lady may of caused his death!
