Let me start by saying that I am completely terrified by needles and hence giving blood/ have tests is traumatic to say the least. However I have got to give the blood testing department 5 out of 5. They were quick...I probably waited 10 minutes from taking my number to seeing a nurse and the nurse who treated me was amazing. She was caring, compassionate, calmed me down and took my blood quickly without any fuss. I hardly felt the needle and the whole procedure was over in minutes. So a big thank you to the team on duty morning of 03/09/13, especially the wonderful lady who saw me (I'm sorry I didn't ask your name, I was in too much of a tizz). I would recommend them any day.
