(as a service user),

I am amazed at the speed my case has been handled. I have results back from my spinal x-ray and now know the pain I've been in is from degeneration of the spine due to arthritis.

I'm having physio at the moment, if that doesn't work I will be seeing a specialist.

I wish to thank you so much.
