What I liked

I had to make a trip to A&E during a severe gallstone attack only yesterday and i was seen immediately.

Within minutes i was hooked up to a heart monitor,had a canular fitted,bloods taken and xrays ordered.

It was a reassuring atmosphere during a very traumatic time for me.

As happy endings go,it was confirmed that my Gallbladder was playing up and after receiving some powerful pain relief my symptoms began to subside to a tolerable level.

I cant fault the staff at all levels for their compassion,care,professionalism and respect at all times.

Brilliant.Highly recommended.

I hope the next time i need to visit will be when i have the dreaded Gall bladder removed.

What could be improved

As i didnt find any fault i cant see where improvements can be made.

I suppose its just a case of staff judeging each case on its severity and urgency.

There will always be patients who have to wait longer than others.
