I have just been into York Hospital to have an operation to straighten double vision. and also because of a prostrate problem had to be admitted to Ward 11,

In both instances I was treated with the most kindness and care. I cannot speak to highly of the atmosphere of co-operation of the staff at all levels, please pass on my comments

What could be improved

Nothing you can do about it, but the drinking water in the hospital is awful
