"telephones not being answered"

About: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I called the CMHT at 9 am as this when they are meant to start answering their phones.

They only started to answer the calls at 9. 10.

This is not the first this has happened. I've called on other occaisions and the phone lines are never answered at 9.

When I did speak to someone I was told that the person I need to talk to is on the phone. I then called again only to be told she had gone out on an emergency. No one asked if I was an emergency I was just told they'd get back after 1pm.
