"Out of Hours Dentist Ashton-Under-Lyne"

48 hours just to get a course of antibiotics, because no out of hours appointments were available, and to be met with the most unfriendly, unsmiling dentist, with no bedside manner... a very disappointing service from the go-to-doc out of hours dentist in Ashton-Under-Lyne on the weekend of late August 2013.

Shame the dentist didn't have the same customer service values as the lovely telephone and reception staff. The dentist didn't offer so much as a good bye at the end of the appointment. The appointment was very rushed, and clearly it was an inconvenience for him to be there. I have never had a problem with any of the Go-to-Doc doctors, so I was very surprised at the unfriendly, cold, young dental surgeon I was faced with.

I am still in complete agony, but would prefer to suffer until I can see my own dentist, rather than have to run the gauntlet to get an emergency out-of hours appointment with one of the most unfriendly dentists I have ever had the misfortune to meet! I can only hope I never have the need to use this service again in the future.
