"Waiting for an appointment"

After receiving a letter from Old schools house dewsbury, telling me to ring to make an appointment, I had to leave a voice mail, but heard nothing back. I traveled 5mls to the centre and was told they were short staffed in the office. My appointment is now in 7wks and being in constant pain means I may have to have time off work. The staff were very understanding but were stretched so that the whole system of appointments/costs of doctors/costs to the nhs were being affected because 1 person was not at work
