(as the patient),

Very fast response with my eldereley mum. The care she received was second to none. The staff kept us informed throughout her treatment and were very empathic. She was then transferred to Pemberton ward for a further week. Again, all staff treated my mum with dignity and respect. She could not praise them enough for their interventions. Thankyou

Thank you for sharing the positive experience of your mother following her attendance and admission through our A&E Department and on Pemberton Ward.

I will ensure that the Heads of Nursing for these areas are made aware of this posting so they can share this with the appropriate staff.
