I have been admitted twice in the last two months and on both occasions staff were absolutely fantastic and all aspects of care were A1. Ward was spotlessly clean, nurses and care staff were willing and able to do anything and everything to make me comfortable and happy. I was made to feel part of all clinical decisions and everything was explained to me in great detail when required. I shall be forced to return in time for a minor operation to complete my care and have no fears at all that the PRUH will deliver once again in all aspects. I was on surgical ward 5 and 6 over both visits.
