What I liked

I recently (last friday 11th july) had an hernia repair and what you might call a tummy tuck to remove the dead skin where my hernia were. The surgeon and his team explained everything in detail to me and indeed took very good care of me during the 4hr op. the nurses and auxillery staff on the ward were fantastic, really helpful and caring. I was helped out quite alot during my 4 day stay in hospital. it is clean and well maintained. good quality caring and efficient.

What could be improved

more happy smiley faces from some of the nurses wouldnt hurt, afterall patients like to see friendly faces not stonefaced nurses other that that nothing really. oh except maybe the auxillery staff are relied upon too much at times!!!
