I was extremely satisfied with my recent treatment in North Downs hospital. The assessment prior to going in for treatment was very thorough and well explained. On the day of treatment doctor plus anaesthetist came and explained the procedure and put me at ease. Once the operation was over my recovery was made as pleasant as possible with regular checks and good bedside manner by all. Once discharged received a follow up call the next day to make sure I had no concerns.
