Today I had an urgent two week referral to the Haematuria clinic at UHND from my GP which I wasn't looking forward to. I had no problem car parking. I received excellent professional treatment from all staff -.from the receptionists at the main hospital entrance, the receptionists at the Urologgy reception desk, the named nurse who looked after me and the consultant and her team who carries out the procedure. However, the car parking charge was a bit on the heavy side at £3.00 for 2h 55 mins - some would say a small price to pay but there will be some who can ill afford it. Overall - Well done UHND.
