Trying to get a food allergy test but the staff are incompetent of doing anything. They are rude, often just cut me off and pass me through a dud number or to an answer phone. Have wasted half an hour and got no where.

I apologise sincerely for the issues you have experienced in trying to get through to our allergy service. Our appointments booking is based in a call centre within University College London Hospitals of which we are a part; we work very closely with the call centre team to iron out any issues that arise and also to ensure that they know who to contact in relation to all our services. I will pick this issue regarding the allergy service up with the call centre when we have our regular meeting this week. If you could contact PALS and give them your details and the exact nature of what you require, we will be more than happy to help you organise your allergy testing.
