"Service and appointments very prompt"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I visited my GP regarding knee pain and he referred me to a physio.

The next week I received a telephone call advising me that my choice of physio department would be at least a five week wait. I chose the other option where I could receive an appointment within three weeks. This was at another physio.

I rang this physio after the weekend to find out when I would roughly receive an appointment. They offered me on only a few days later. This was at Maddocks physio, Madeley, Telford.

I went to the appointment and was more than pleased with the physio's diagnoses and the treatment I was offered.

My next appointment is also very prompt - the following week!
