What I liked

I was recently visiting Sheffield, from down south, when I developed cardiac problems, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional level of care and reassurance that I received. I was distressed, but comforted and 'nursed' from the outset until I was moved to Northern General for other procedures, where I also received first class care. This wasn't a pleasant health experience, but it was made so much easier for me by all the staff who helped me through so very smoothly. However busy the nurses and doctors were, they still found time to talk me through my concerns. I do hope those at the highest level get to know of my appreciation. With gratitude, Brenda Jobling.
