appalled by the parking charges here 3 days of visiting cost me £36 makes u feel why bother and where is this money spent

It should have been possible for you to purchase a 5-day or 7-day pass to cover the cost of parking whilst visiting over a number of days. These reduced rate tickets are advertised on noticeboards around the hospital and on wards. We are sorry this was not brought to your attention during your time at the hospital.
