Brought 11year old in with an infected stitch from another operation elsewhere after discussing over the phone with the sister on duty. Was confident that she would be treated in a fuss free way and -- hurray -- the offending stitch was removed there and then, what a relief. Not the sort of thing a parent would have any confidence doing at home. The happy ciustomer was home within the hour and felt considerably better immediately. Thank you!
