Anything else?
I brought my sister in twice to A+E within 3 days and both times we were seen quickly by doctors and on the second occassion a bed on SAU was found very fast and we were kept informed of the tests that were being done and what the plan was. On SAU she was quickly seen and assessed and moved to C6 for observation. Whilst I did not appreciate her being on a male ward (she was in an small alcove area for 2 women), the surgical bed manager that night was extremely helpful and efficient had her moved to a same sex ward the next morning which was reassuring. Particular thanks to a nurse on B4 who took excellent care of my sister when she was post-op and kept her spirits up. I knew she was in good hands witht the staff there and would not fail to recommend B4 and A+E to any relatives who required care.
"Excellent caring treatment."
