"Commend their professionalism"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

My mother suffered from a stroke, specifically a bleed. As we had never experienced anything like this we were extremely scared and emotionally distraught. The staff at Chaldon Ward were fantastic. They were very helpful, informative and extremely supportive. I commend their professionalism especially with the pressures they are under daily.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the wonderful nurses and doctors, who were so supportive and approachable throughout our stay.
