What I liked
With reference to my earlier comments. I am pleased to report that the appointments system has now been tailored to my particular needs after review by the management. Certain other issues which I did not mention in my previous account have also been satisfactorily addressed. The overall situation has improved considerably in my particular case. Hope this will be of assistance to other patients.
