What I liked

I recently was a day patient at this hospital and could not say a bad word against it from the waiting time to the staff care to the gentle banter to relax me a little. Clean hospital in general. These people that moan about our NHS try going to some places abroad and getting anywhere near the level of care and service we receive.

What could be improved

Lack of decaf coffee on wards is the only problem I had.
