"Care in the community - lacking"

About: Coventry And Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

Having a severe mental health diagnosis, and following two periods in hospital, I use the Rugby MIND Wellbeing Hub as a place to have company and keep me from getting bad again.

The Hub is only open for 6 hours each week - 3 on Tuesday and 3 on Saturday.

It is nowhere near enough.

Yesterday I had a very distressing time, being turned away by a lady working in MH (but that's another story) and I was descending into depression. I really could have done with some company like the Wellbeing Hub provides, to keep me from self-harm or something else dangerous. But it was a Thursday, so the hub was shut.

I had to survive on my own.
