The service I received from a and e dept and the follow up until having a pacemaker fitted recently has been exceptional.everyone in the heart centre and chestnut ward are a credit to the nhs.my only fault would be with the reception staff in the a and e dept-I know they deal with some ignorant people,but when you are polite and courteous you expect the same back.
