What I liked

I attended this hospital today for an ultrasound, and i was shocked at what a nice place it is.

The first thing you notice is how clean the place is, and how everything is tidy and in its place. The staff were all very friendly and i barely waited any time to be seen. My partner used the cafe and said it was a nice place too. The grounds are well kept outside also. No idea why this place was rated 'weak' by the hospitals authority.

What could be improved

Car parking charges are £1.80 for 2 hours, which is a bit extortionate to say the hospital isn't even in a busy area.

There aren't many signs about to direct you to the hospital either from the city centre - if we didn't have sat nav we'd have got very lost! Also they don't seem to have any interpreters around - one young gentleman came and and couldn't speak english. Although the staff did their best to communicate with drawings, and its not really thier fault that the young man couldn't speak english, it was a bit uncomfortable to watch! Other than that, i can't fault it.
